With over 38 years at the helm of IMC Pharma, Michael Samojla has dedicated his career to advancing the standard of pharmacy inventory services across the United States. As Chief Executive Officer, he has built IMC into one of the most trusted names in pharmaceutical inventory management — combining deep operational expertise with a forward-thinking approach to technology and compliance.
Michael's expertise spans business analysis, inventory optimization, and automation — including the implementation of 340B pricing programs and advanced technologies such as automated dispensing cabinets and robotic dispensing systems. Under his leadership, IMC has consistently delivered initiatives that reduce waste, streamline workflows, and drive measurable cost savings for hospital pharmacy clients.

Rick Snow is the operational cornerstone of IMC Pharma — a seasoned team leader whose command of pharmaceutical procurement keeps every client engagement running with precision.
